01. Q: This is my first time shopping. How do I place an order?

A: You can directly make an online purchase. We are very concerned about your privacy (see our privacy policy) and your information is encrypted and secured for your protection. You may enter many shipping addresses but it is important for verification purposes that your name and billing address be entered exactly as maintained on your credit card account.
Select your items style, and size you would like to purchase and then click on "Add to Cart."
To add more items, follow the previous steps until you have chosen all the items you desire to purchase.
After you are done shopping, click on "check out".


02. Q: What days do you offer delivery?

A: Orders shipped by Post Office, Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Orders shipped by Postal Service can deliver on Saturdays.


03. Q: I just received my ship confirmation e-mail and notice that the information is incorrect. How do I change it?

A: Because the order has already shipped, it is too late to change anything on/in it. You may return the item(s) for a refund should you decide not to keep it when it is delivered.


04. Q: Can I exchange items that I purchased which are too small/big for the correct size?

A: While we do not do exchanges, we will credit your account upon receiving the returned merchandise. Meanwhile, please return to order your replacement merchandise; please allow two weeks for processing of the credit.


05. Q: Why does my bank statement show two transactions for the same order? Was I double charged?

A: If you pay for your purchase with a debit card, your bank statement will display both a pre-authorization and the final sale. The pre-authorization hold will drop off within a couple days, depending on the policies of your bank. This hold allows us to verify that funds are available and enables us to proceed with processing your order. With a debit card, the pre-authorization hold and final charge cannot be combined in one transaction.
